Refund policy

Return/ Exchanges

Due to the nature of our products for hygiene reasons we do not accept exchanges or refunds. If you are unsatisfied with your order in any way, please contact us within 7 days from initial purchase and we'll do our best to resolve any issue. We do not refund on any product if they have been opened or used.

Exchanges (If applicable)

We will only replace items if they are defective or damaged (Send us an Image of defective item when received), or if incorrect item was received by the customer. if you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email on skyrefined@gmail.com or send us a WhatsApp on 064 997 2188 with details of items being exchanged.

All items must be returned to us in a perfect condition (unless faulty or damaged in transit) and will be inspected once we have received the return. This means all products must have intact packaging, including relevant tags and labelling. Products must not have been opened / or used (unless faulty).

Note:

Should a return/exchange be actioned, courier costs will not be reimbursed- customer are responsible for courier fees associated with the return of an item and the customer will need to cover the cost (R99) for re-delivery of their exchange items. Sky Refined are not liable for any items lost in transit. If an item is lost in transit a refund will not be issued. We will help where possible to find out about your package. If the returned item is not returned in a satisfactory manner, an exchange will not be issued.
